Roadmap
With the completion of Jingfu Temple, the surrounding commercial district has gradually flourished, reflecting the positive economic impact driven by cultural and religious faith. Following the commercial areas around Jingfu Temple, we visited four different Tu Di Gong temples.
15th Street Village Temple
The Tao Yuan Fifteenth Street Township Fude Temple is located along Zhongshan Road in Taoyuan District, Taoyuan City. During the Qing Dynasty, local resident Wang Feng donated land for the construction of the temple to honor Fude Zhengshen. In 1936, due to road expansion, the temple was temporarily relocated to Jingfu Temple. In 1951, local community leaders initiated the rebuilding of the temple, and with donated land, a new temple was constructed, continuing the tradition of worship.

Baode Shrine
Baode Shrine is located in today’s Yongle Street Lane 105 in Taoyuan District. From the Qing period through early Japanese rule, it witnessed the commercial growth of the North Gate area. Although the old city walls were later demolished during urban redevelopment, Baode Temple was preserved as a historical landmark. Today, hidden within the modern structures and stalls of the former Yonghe Market area, it remains an important local spiritual center and cultural memory.

Yongxing Shrine
The Yongxing Temple is located in Bade District, regarded as the largest Earth God temple in Taoyuan. With strong and enduring worship, it serves as a major spiritual center for residents, who believe that the Earth God brings peace and prosperity. The temple has also taken part in cultural events and witnessed local development, including collaborations with cultural organizations to host reading activities that link Earth God beliefs with sustainability goals, adding cultural significance to its role in the community.

Zhengde Temple
Zhengde Temple is located at the corner of Minsheng Rd. and Bo’ai Rd.(next to Hongfu Temple), Taoyuan District, Taoyuan City 330, Taiwan. It is the winner of the Zhengde Da Jia Ma Competition. This is how Zhengde Temple’s name came. Zhengte Temple wants to help poor guys and save people from society to reach their target.
